5. The patient’s son is waiting for the result which will come out in the next half an hour.
6. The son will be going out for some extra money for the medicine.

1. Answer simply.

3. Use an expression to prevent answering directly.
4. Ask in turn as if you didn’t like the speaker’s way of asking.
5. Ask for repetition.
6. Ask for his or her explaination.
7. Say something even though you don’t get through it.
8. Use if clause to imagine sonething different.
For example:
