My idea about speaking

The most important choice you make in speaking English better is who you choose to be, yourself.
If you want to do your best in speaking, it hardly matters when you speak to whom you speak.
On the other hand, if you choose not to be very motivated, not to be very understandable, not to be very successful, not to work very hard, you probably won't get good speaking skills.
