Some time in Sep 1993, during a party I offered a foreigner some food and drink, I asked him whom was brought to my home by some of my learners,
"What do you do to make yourself happy?"
Smiling he replied in French accent,
"The first thing for you to make your life happy is to accept yourself as you are."
